These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Vibe Away Vacations ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("client," "traveler," or "you"). By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm travel arrangements.
   
• Final payments must be made by the supplier's due date or your booking may be canceled without refund.
   
• Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is made in full.
   
• Travel documents will be issued only after full payment is received.
   

Vibe Away Vacations acts only as an agent for the following:

• Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
  We are not liable for:
   
• Service issues, delays, injuries, or cancellations caused by third parties.
   
• Changes made by the travel suppliers (including itinerary or pricing).
   

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
   
• Refunds (if any) are based on the supplier's terms and are not guaranteed by us.
   
• We charge a service cancellation fee in addition to supplier penalties.
   

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required by some suppliers.
   
• Insurance can cover trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
   
• Declining insurance is at your own risk.
   

• You are responsible for ensuring you meet passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements.
   
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
   
• Vibe Away Vacations is not liable for denied boarding or entry.
   

By booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information.
   
• Review all documents and confirmations carefully upon receipt.
   
• Comply with all supplier and destination policies.
   

• Name changes, date changes, or other modifications may incur fees.
   
• All changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
   

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters
   
• Acts of terrorism or war
   
• Pandemics or government travel restrictions
   

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions or service fees paid to us by you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws.

By submitting a deposit or confirming your booking with Vibe Away Vacations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
